The next instalment of the Climber Care Workshops is all about lower body coordination and movement.
We are talking about running coordination moves, step-throughs, pogos and a whole lot more. In this workshop, you will learn how to identify lower body coordination movements, break them down and feel more comfortable throwing your body up the wall.
This course suits climbers who comfortably climb purple to black colour grades and above.
