The intermediate course is designed as a follow-on course from our incredibly popular beginner course. The aim of the Intermediate Program is to equip climbers with tactics, techniques, and exercises that will elevate their climbing. Run by Dr Mattias Braach-Maksvytis, this course draws on over 20 years of climbing experience to enable climbers to get the most out of their sessions.
The course consists of four 1.5 hour sessions each week with Mattias, from 7pm - 8:30pm. Each participant will also receive a personalised spreadsheet consisting of warmup protocols, notes from each session, and a basic 4 week exercise plan.
